They took my Mom back late and could have caused us to miss our handicap ride. Her appointment was at 10:30. I told them that I needed to catch that ride before 12:00. I had to speak to them twice and received a discourteous lack of empathy about the expensive trip I would incur. Me and my Mom are both handicapped and have no car.

The surgery scheduler is never there and they don’t have anyone backing her up when she’s gone. You get put on hold forever and the phone rings over and over with no answer. If you leave a voicemail, no call back. They also said my name wrong even after I corrected them and I don’t even have a hard name to say so there’s no telling what they called people with hard names. The wait is always forever long. They sent my bills to the wrong address that I haven’t lived at in forever. I don’t even know how they got that address it’s so old. I went to get a second opinion and the doctor showed me the ct and explained everything in such detail. I felt heard and understood in way that I never did there.

I saw them today. Everyone is so sweet, professional and thourough. They follow up with you. One of my best feel good impressions of a meducal facility. Anne Knight the nurse practitioner was very thourough in her instructions to improve my health. I highly recommend this place.

Mark while nice seemed generally uninterested and dismissive of my vocal problems as a professional singer. He failed to give me worthwhile answers, strategies and just shoved me off on a vocal therapist. They never relayed info to the voice therapist, after messaging the office for 2 months and multiple calls I finally got word from the therapist. But there was no communication whatsoever between the two about my situation.

Office staff does not answer phones or return messages (even urgent for surgical complications, etc.) in a timely fashion even during regular business hours. Pre and post surgery instructions aren't very thorough. Dr. Williams charges $50 for completion of each type of paperwork (like FMLA/disability). Staff does not act in a caring, compassionate way and is very frustrating to work with, if you can even reach them. Messages aren't answered in web portal either.

I've been suffering with inner ear infections for years! Dr. Williams and his staff were amazing. He found what was wrong with me in minutes. Even though I got some bad news (was diagnosed with Cholesteatoma) I thank God for this man that took the time and care to find out what was wrong with me and I am at ease knowing he will be performing my surgery.
